Woke up at 12 last night to check my results!
This time I was totally calm for the results, which is why I have no problem falling asleep till midnight.
Finals was easy (except for programming), managed to struggle through those assignment-based units, and yeah! All hi-dees baybee. The assignment-based units just barely made it on the hi-D mark gosh. One mark off each of those would spoil my hi-D streak this semester. However I didn't feel proud of if with high achievers around me. They were nervous as shit and end up getting marks high as shits orbiting the earth. -_- lolwtf

Been having headaches every night since I recovered from migraine 2 days ago. Yeah I'm supposed to be sleeping but I had to finish up some chapters I was playing.
Okay I admit! I was playing games despite of my headache. But seriously, I don't know what else should I do with this small headache. Should I crouch down at a corner of my room in total darkness while listening to relaxing songs until it's my bedtime or until I fall asleep? (Well I did but it was horrendous. It felt as if a song took forever to finish no matter how well I know it). However I am not keen on chatting with a headache, I can't think properly if I do so. (Don't need to think much for a hack-and-slash game)

Earlier on, went out with my friend for a walk and then for kan mein! Sighs was fun though we had to like get back before its dark coz we're obedient kids HAHA wtf. It was very windy at the beach anyways. Could have caught a cold if we stayed too long there. Year-end monsoon. Rainy and windy.

After a few times watching the live perf for Tiara's "Yayaya", I totally can't accept their concept. The song is addictive and catchy, but the choreography with their repetitive chants is demeaning and culturally insensitive. I totally agree with other viewers who mentioned about their cultural insensitivity. However it's not the girls' fault, they're cute =[ ~~that's the only reason for me to watch the performance again.~~ As for this I will never like their title track except for it's instrumental version which is sick!

For some reasons, I am not perceived as a local in my campus especially among locals who don't know me yet. Probably because they never waited for the public bus with me, or I don't go home on long breaks between classes, or I never bump into any of them in public places. But that's just my speculations. I'll never know. ~~or maybe its the air of arrogance I sometimes emit.~~ But it's fun to see the looks on their faces when they're like "you're actually local?". Definitely amused when that happens.

Oh man I'm like kinda excited right now. As I type I'm waiting for Tiara's comeback vid to finish buffering. I wish I was at some place with blazing internet *coughcampuscough* to stream 480p instead of waiting for 240p to buffer -__-

I was anticipating the new album and new concept for quite some time, but never actually watched the MV (gonna watch it later) because I wanted to watch the live perf before watching the MV. Cause' I like it live.

I've heard the songs but haven't really warmed up to them yet. Was slightly disappointed thought because I didn't warm up to the songs instantly like the first album. I really liked their first album, all the songs just got hooked in my head instantly. Either their new songs are missing that magic, or some people are resistant to change :p

Watched the 'yayaya' performance halfway, and I kinda snickered, it was a totally new concept I didn't expect. It was kinda catchy. For the other performance 'Why are you being like this' I was kinda dumbed, wasn't sure how should I describe it. For me the song was nice but the performance was... kindaboring
I don't know. Perhaps I haven't warmed up to the whole thing yet. But you can tell I'm definitely biased, no matter how bad it is it's Tiara upstage!

Okayy I thought I should have lost interest in Kpop but apparently I am excited that Tiara is making a comeback!

Woke up at 0100 instead of 0400 as planned. I guess my internal clock is kinda screwed from me trying to wake up SO early. But it's for a specific goal I'm not mentioning here until I achieved it.
So had a cup of cold water, and checked my downloads. Just when I was doing that it struck me, that I kinda missed the days when I can do ANYTHING I want during the holidays, sleeping at any hour I want and so on. Even though back then it was just hours and hours of gaming, but you had the taste of freedom. That's when holidays were the best time of life.

Eventually my holidays were occupied. Half a day I was working, half a day I was playing. Time was restricted, but your activities are still kinda ...~~loose~~ unbound. Because you have to work, you can't sleep whenever you want. You have to sleep for at least 5-6 hours or die in workplace tomorrow. (though I can somewhat work-sleep-work but it doesn't give a good impression).

It took me quite a while to notice that freedom was lost long time ago. Call me ignorant, but you won't take a second look or third look at ~~your work~~ what you're doing until something screws up. wellIthinkI'mtheonlythingscrewedup

Every holiday I was bound by work, and I can totally feel it when my adult friends mentioned how they want to go back home during work. Also when they expressed their envy over the summer break that we have. How much freedom we have.

It's been a long time, but I still haven't fully embraced the fact that I do not have such freedom anymore. To be content with your working life is such a big, long milestone to be achieved.

Would it get better if you're doing something you like?
Would hatred get in the way when work clashes with your personal matters, with what's dear to you? And if it does, would it dissipate in time?

I kinda doubt it.

Argh. Today is such a frustrating day. I had my laptop crashed twice or thrice today, and the worst thing that happened today is how my dad's car died.

When I opened the car door, the car alarm, unused for >1 year, suddenly gave in. Out of all time, why this time? Then when I plugged in the keys the alarm stopped AND disabled the car from any starting attempts.

Then I realized my headlights were on the whole time after I left the car - fully discharged battery.

Once again, my tummy is about to burst from overflow. Can't be helped! It's Sushi King's RM 2 Bonanza. My mum and sis' were eyeing for this date since last month.

7 of us ate a total of 74 plates.These plates are the first round before the employees took it away. I think it was around 40+ plates in this picture.

And are those called unagi? They're like soooooo goood. I was like floating when I ate them. Dang those are the ones you gotta eat during this promotion. And the fried prawns too. Didn't take much pictures cause I was busy eating away. Was in tears when I put too much wasabi because I forgot that the wasabi here is not as crappy as the ones at campus.

Okay. I know all along I have been bad in communicaton. In a lot of instances, I allowed silence to do a lot of talking and I am unable to make the other party understand what I am actually trying to say.

On an unrelated (possible related) incident, I just came back from an appointment with my mentor for my individual report. I'll let you all know the topic I'm doing - cryptography. Okay, after reading that sentence don't you go to the campus library to steal all 4 books related to cryptography. But even if you do it won't impact me that much. ~~I have more than 4 ebooks anyways.~~

So I had a quick chat and I'm pretty disappointed because he tells me things I already know or have an idea, but in a deeper discussion. I don't really feel that it helped me much. Besides that, he was thirty minutes late from the appointed time, which I can't really blame anyone but me for meeting him after lunch hours. Speaking of which, I skipped my lunch because of this meeting so that I won't experience postmeal drowsiness when I'm listening to him.

Now I'm hungry, feeling let-down, nowhere in report progress and damn sleepy.

That subject is really a simulation of real life.
You get lazy asses / freeloaders on your team, you get impartial treatments by superiors. Then also your superior doesn't have clear guidelines causing you to work inconsistently.

I totally hate it when people speak to me with a demanding tone. No matter how caring you are, when you stand there with hands on your hips while pestering and demanding me with "zomok" (pronunciation for 'what is it' in Chinese) -- fuck off. I even feel like talking to you even though you are my brother. This is the reason I rarely pop out and demand "zomok zomok zomok zomok". It's annoying. Effing annoying.

If any of you noticed the links for forums I visit are no longer there - f(x) and T-ara fan forums. I'm tired of spazzing around the forum because I like their music. It was fun to do at first - plus I get access to the videos once I hit certain number of posts. But eventually I get tired of doing that. It's like a fever to me, it's hot in the beginning and cools down with time. Now I'm just listening to songs that catches my attention. because MVs and perfs buffer take too damn long to finish buffering

Two things I always envy about homestay U students. Freedom and chores. I'm in my ranting mood which does not permit me to comprehend smart cracks from anyone or nonchalant suggestions which is annoying as a fuckface. Speaking of fuckfaces, I am downright pissed!! when people flash their fuckface when you're describing something.

Why I'm ranting: One, I lost my practical logic and patience; Two, I'm sick of yelled for chores when I'm focusing on a problem set or my reading; Three, I ~~was forced~~ has forsaken my own room for a special guest staying for a few weeks; Four, I am sick of my weekend mornings; and lastly, I have tons of dishes waiting for me once I published this post.

Stuffs like this ALWAYS happen I'm busy cramming for tests or exams. Few months back I've developed a BIG hatred for my work because the study week clashed with seasonal peak hours. Which sucked real bad. Not just the clashing that made it suck. FYI it is damn tiring to study for the rest of the day after you worked for the whole morning especially if you had to wake up before six. I don't wake up before six everyday, so it's especially tiring on weekends or working days. Not forgetting to mention most coursemates don't sleep before 10 or 11. I don't have holidays, weekends, public holidays and semester breaks are my workdays! Eff. Yes my work is NOTHING compared to any typical blue-collar workers but hell I'm pissed. I lost my practical logic, remember?

Last sem, two weeks before my finals I also forsook my room for the same special guest. What the eff. Luckily I had it back during the finals. Now I'm having my midterm and I'm cuddling at the sofa feeding mosquitoes. F-antastic.

Not all woman are good with dishes. I think the reason they're good at it is because they had a skillful momma bringing them up in the kitchen since young. Some, if not most modern girls SUCK at dishes. Their helping hands and the stereotype thinking is just making the dishes and our hygiene suffer. But it can't be helped if the position of the woman in that house requires her to do the dishes. I'll just close one eye and hope for no more chips on the plate.
